Operations

We currently own an oil and natural gas gathering system in the Western Eagle Ford (the “Western Catarina Midstream system”), a 50% interest in a gathering system that connects to the Western Catarina Midstream system (the “Carnero Gathering Line”), a 50% interest in a cryogenic natural gas processing plant (the “Raptor Gas Processing Facility”), a 100% interest in a dry gas takeaway pipeline (currently under construction) that connects to the Raptor Gas Processing Facility (the “Seco Pipeline”), and reversionary working interests and other production assets in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Kansas.

  • 200 MMcfe/d gas processing plant that has a 106,000 net acreage dedication from Sanchez Energy Corporation’s Catarina asset
  • Plant capacity expected to increase to 260 MMcfe/d in Summer 2017

  • 50% owned and operated by Targa Resources Corp.

Seco Pipeline


  • Natural gas pipeline (currently under construction) that will transport dry gas from the Raptor Gas Processing Facility to multiple markets
